DUI Arrest

An officer on routine patrol observed a vehicle that was stopped in the travel lane and conducted a traffic stop. The investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Raul Ruiz-Galo, 51, of Brandywine, MD was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Ruiz-Galo was held until he was deemed sober. (2025-11221)
