Officers responded for a subject acting disorderly. The reporting party stated that an unknown male subject entered multiple businesses and was yelling and screaming at customers. The investigation revealed that the subject had stolen multiple items from one business and refused to stop acting disorderly. Manmeet Singh, 45, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Petit Larceny. Singh was released on an unsecure bond. (2025-11297)

Nicholas Keister, 28, of No Fixed Address was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Assault, Obstruction of Justice, and three counts of Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer. Officers responded for the report of a disorderly subject. The reporting party stated that a known male was on their front porch yelling and consuming alcohol. Officers located the subject nearby and observed him acting disorderly and consuming alcohol in public. Muhaned Ibrahim, 29, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Ibrahim was held until he could be processed. Failure to Provide Adequate Water to a Companion Animal
Lifetime Fitness, 9602 Main St.

Officers responded to the business' parking lot for a dog left in a hot vehicle. The reporting party stated that they observed a dog that had been left in a hot car for more than 30 minutes and appeared to be in distress. Officers were unable to immediately located the owner of the dog. With the assistance of the City of Fairfax Fire Department, officers took custody of the dog and transported the dog to the Fairfax County Animal Shelter for treatment and temporary housing. The dog was treated and eventually released to their owner. Officers were able to identify the owner and obtain a warrant. Hong Wilson, 56, of Cincinnati, OH was issued a Virginia Uniformed Summons for Failure to Provide Adequate Water to a Companion Animal and was released. Wilson has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date pending. (2025-11558)
