Trespassing Arrest

Officers responded for the report of loitering. The reporting party stated they observed a male subject sleeping in the stairwell of the parking garage. The subject was initially trespassed from the property and dispersed. The subject later returned to the property and was detained. During the investigation, the subject also provided false identifying information. Vikram Rajan, 33 of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Trespassing and Providing False Information to Law Enforcement.
