Investigation confirmed the credit card was stolen by the suspect. Bryan Washington, 27 of Fort Belvoir, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Credit Card Theft, Credit Card Fraud, Entering a Motor Vehicle with the Intent to Commit a Crime, and Petit Larceny.
