DUI Arrest

Officers responded for the report of a vehicle stopped in the roadway. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Oliver Aranibar Alba, 34 of Falls Church was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence (2nd Offense) and Driving on a Suspended License. Aranibar Alba was issued a $3000 secured bond. (2026-13197)
Trespassing Arrest

Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated a subject who was previously trespassed from the property had returned. Officers later observed the suspect on the property and detained him. Devory Givons, 31 of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with Trespassing. Givons was issued a $1,000 secured bond.
