Investigation revealed the suspect to be wanted out of both Loudoun and Fairfax Counties for Failure to Appear in Court. Matthew Johnson, 44 of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was served with two outstanding warrants. Johnson was held without bond.
