An officer on routine patrol observed a vehicle stopped in a travel lane. The investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle was under the influence of alcohol. David Ardon, 48, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with DUI. Ardon was held until he was deemed sober. (2025-16127)

An officer on routine patrol observed a subject with numerous bags loitering in front of TJ Maxx. The officer determined that the subject was not a patron of the business and informed them that they needed to leave the location. Approximately 30 minutes later the subject had not made an attempt to gather their belongings and move. Christopher Stevenson, 67, of No Fixed Address was issued a Virginia Uniformed Summons for Loitering and was released. Stevenson has a pending City of Fairfax General District Court date. (2025-16133)
