• On June 23, 2026, the Applicant submitted a land use application to amend the Comprehensive Plan Map from Commercial Corridor Place Type to Mixed Use Place Type, a Rezoning from CR Commercial Retail to PDM Planned Development Mixed-Use in the Architectural Control Overlay District (ACOD) and a Master Development Plan with modifications.
• On September 9, 2025, City Council held a briefing with the potential applicant.
• On July 14, 2025, Planning Commission held a briefing with the potential applicant.
• On June 26, 2025, the potential applicant submitted a conceptual plan for an informational briefing with Planning Commission and City Council.

Background

The Applicant proposes a phased mixed-use development that would retain the existing five-story office building at 9900 Main Street and the existing bank at 9910 Main Street, while adding four new commercial buildings along Main Street and two residential buildings with 48 townhomes to the rear of the property for a total of 138 units. The Applicant is also proposing 11 affordable units.
