Email BVNA
Description: These inspections are conducted by a third party called BVNA (email linked above). For building permits issued by the City for elevators, the applicant must coordinate with BVNA to schedule their elevator acceptance test at the same time as the final building inspection by the City. For commercial and multifamily buildings, an annual inspection is required. The City will notify applicants via email with an invoice and instructions to coordinate the annual inspection with BVNA.
