Bike to Work Day

Join the City of Fairfax in Old Town Square on May 15 to help us celebrate Bike to Work Day!

Bike to Work Day is an annual celebration of an enjoyable, healthy, and sustainable way to get to work or school. Thousands of commuters across the DMV will be participating. Join the fun at the city's pit stop party in Old Town Square! Register in advance for your free t-shirt (while supplies last).

Everyone is welcome, whether this is your first ride or you've been biking for years. Biking partway also counts — take your bike on transit or park and ride for a longer commute. Find more bike commuting tips on the regional event page: biketoworkmetrodc.org/tips-for-new-bike-commuters

Lead a Ride: Organize a bicycle convoy and ride with friends and coworkers to the Bike to Work Day event.
