The Green Acres Center offers many options for your next meeting as well as your next social occasion. The rooms at Green Acres can accommodate both large and small groups. Host baby showers, children, teen and family parties, dances, recitals and more!

For more reservation information or to set up an appointment to view a venue, contact our team at rentalvenues@fairfaxva.gov. Appointments are highly encouraged to ensure you are able to see the space you are interested in.

Green Acres Rental Rates

1 hour minimum

Rooms 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116: Mon–Fri: $30/hr | Sat–Sun: $45/hr | Holidays: $60/hr
Cafeteria: Mon–Fri: $50/hr | Sat–Sun: $75/hr | Holidays: $100/hr
Gym: Mon–Fri: $50/hr | Sat–Sun: $75/hr | Holidays: $100/hr

 

Please note that all payments are due 60 days before your rental. If you are renting within 60 days of your rentals date, full payment will be due at the time of rental.
