Threaten to Discharge a Firearm Arrest

Officers responded for a threat report. The reporting party stated that another employee verbally threatened to use a firearm against them during an argument. Officers located the subject nearby. Abtin Jalaee, 37, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Threatening to Discharge a Firearm. Jalaee was held on no bond. (2025-13189)

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The investigation revealed one involved individual an active warrant out of Alexandria. Mikayla Watson, 25, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was served her warrant Grand Larceny. Watson was held on a secured bond. (2025-13204)

The reporting party stated that while on a commuter bus, an unknown passenger informed them that while they were exiting the bus they observed an unknown male touching his private area inappropriately. Investigation revealed that the subject was under the influence of alcohol. Brian Russell, 55, of Washington D.C. was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Assault and Drunk in Public. Russell was held on no bond. (2025-13488)
