A rezoning application was submitted on August 6, 2018 for a mixed-use Planned Development. The applicant proposes to redevelop six parcels including the Breezeway Motel, Fairfax Garden Apartments and 4 single-family homes into 40 townhomes, 20 two-over-two condos and 8,000 sf to 10,010 sf of commercial space along Fairfax Boulevard.
