The Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall unless otherwise noted.

The public is invited to watch and participate in the Planning Commission meetings.

To watch the meeting, the public may:

• Attend the meeting in person
• Watch the meeting televised live and replayed on Channel 12, the city government access channel
• Watch the meeting live-streamed and archived on the city website

You are invited to submit your comments using the following options:

• Email publichearingPC@fairfaxva.gov on or before 5 p.m. the day of the meeting
  • Please include the following in the email:
    • The agenda item as your email subject
    • Your full name and address (as you would if speaking in-person)
• Attend the meeting and present your comments in-person

All public comments received via email will be added to the meeting record file and forwarded as necessary.
